4.2 Reset button

Carrying out a device reset causes various settings to be lost, e.g. date and time or the
battery capacity display. The jetStamp 790 must then be inserted into the charging station
for about three hours in order to synchronise the battery capacity display.
After a total discharge of the battery, strange characters can appear on the display during
charging. Pressing the Reset button

Print triggering is blocked
Incorrect charging station
Memory error
- Sensor or motor faulty
- Print carriage blocked
resolves this issue.

