To change the belt, proceed as follows:
Remove the hexagonal bolt (1), the
lockwasher (2) and the flat washer (3).
Remove the top side of the machine (4) to
have access to the belts (5) and so be able to
change the belt (5) when required.
To assemble the unit, 1 follow the assembly
sequence of the exploded drawing above.
To stretch the belt 6 proceed as follows:
Loosen the nuts (1) in front of the handles (2)
with the wrench 7/16" (5).
Avoid using gasoline that has been stored
for more than seven days as it causes
malfunctioning and decreases the useful life
of the engine.
Fill the tank carefully not to spill the fuel.

Filling the Tank - TRC-50
Loosen the nut (3) opposite the handle (4)
with the wrench 9/16" (5).
After releasing the nuts (1 and 3) drop sticks
(2 and 4) and perform the adjustment of belt
tension by pressing the knob (4).
After adjusting the belt tension, perform
tightening the nut (3) with the wrench 9/16".
Place the nut (1) on the handle (2) and
tighten until it touches the body of the
machine (6).
Perform tightening the nuts (1) with the
wrench 7/16" (5).
Note: A wrench with dimensions of 7/16" and 9/16" is
provided with the package instructions.

Use common gasoline only (do not use
gasoline with additives).
Note the capacity of the fuel tank, and the
quantity and type of oil of the crankcase (see
"Technical Specifications").
