1. Turn the upper cord hook to either side
and down to release the power cord.
2. Detach the power cord plug from the
power cord.
3. Be sure the power cord is locked into
the upper locking notch as shown. This
will help manage the power cord when
operating the carpet cleaner.

4. Plug the power cord into a properly
grounded outlet located near the floor.

· When any abnormality/failure occurs,
stop using the product immediately and
disconnect the power plug.
· DO NOT use outlets above counters.
Damage from cord to items in
surrounding area could occur.
5. Turn on the carpet cleaner by pushing
the power button with your foot.
NOTE:
The brushrolls do not rotate when
the carpet cleaner is in the upright locked
position.
6. Release the handle by placing a foot on
the recline button and pulling back to
change handle position.
