Cleaning
Carry cleaning and care work out as required
according to the following working rules:
• Do not use compressed air for cleaning the
system. Ingressed dirt damages seals and
bearings.
• Clean all machine components, covers and
splash panels with a cloth soaked in mild soap
solution.
• Clean lines and plastic parts using a mild soap
solution.
• Observe and comply with the manufacturers'
instructions regarding cleaning agents.
• Prevent the ingress of soap solution into bearings
and seals.
• Clean corroded areas and, if permissible, coat
with paint, grease or oil.
• Replace damaged, illegible or missing labels and
signs.
• Store cleaning agents and lubricants according to
the applicable regulations.
• Dispose of cleaning agents and lubricants
according to the applicable regulations.
Lubricating
The calibration and adjustment facility is equipped
with two lubricating nipples which have to be
lubricated every three months. The lubricating
nipples are each protected with a cover.
We suggest Fin Grease MP 2/3 from Interflon.

Lubrication point (1) at the rear.
Lubrication point (2) on the upper side.
Proceed as follows to lubricate the lubricating
nipples:
Turn the hand wheel clockwise to the right-hand
stop.
Remove the cover of the lubrication point at the
rear.
Remove the cover of the lubrication point on the
upper side.
Lubricate both lubrication points with two pumps
of the grease gun each.
Seal the lubricating nipples with the covers.
