Triggering calibration
Insert the torque wrench with the corresponding
calibration square or calibration adapter into the
transducer.
Select the calibration object to be calibrated in the
TORKMASTER 4 programme.
Select the calibration method.
The calibration data are automatically read-in from
the database.
Set the desired calibration value on the calibration
object.
Set the longitudinal carriage so that the rest is
positioned centrally to the handle of the calibration
object.
Lock the longitudinal carriage with the lever.
Align the calibration object in the calibration and
adjustment facility according to the specifications
of the relevant standard.
Turn the hand wheel in the desired direction until
the desired torque is achieved.
After triggering (click), the calibration object is
relieved by turning the hand wheel in the opposite
direction.
Repeat the process until the programme requests
you to enter another value.

displays on the monitor and the calibration object.
