Setting up the trim handler
(via the operator panel):
The trim handler can be set up for the desired operating
mode after installation and electrical connection. This is
done on the operator panel.
If you experience problems with fingertip operation, you
may use the eraser at the end of a pencil.
The operator panel touch sound can be switched on
and off during startup - Settings - Sounds.
Operation and setup of the trim handler is protected
with 2 levels of users. To log in as Admin, do the follow-
ing:
•
Press the Settings menu
•
Log in as Admin
•
Press the Settings menu
1. Operator - is not password protected and will be
anyone who has access to the trim handler.
2. Admin - is password protected.
Admin sets up the operating mode of the trim handler,
including:
•
rpm % (of max. performance)
•
configuration of the trim handler's analogue inputs
The screens are displayed with a dark blue border
when logged in as Admin.
Normally Admin will only be used during the installation
of the trim handler.
For Local control, the trim handler can be started and
stopped with control buttons 1 and 2, and the setpoint
adjusted with buttons 3 and 4.
NB - after 5 minutes of inactivity on the operator panel,
Admin is logged off. You must therefore log in again
before further setup can be done.
