Gear for piston mechanism
The gear is filled with synthetic oil ISO VG 150 from the
factory, which does not require replacement.
Check the gear for oil leakage, and the condition of the
sealings. Replace leaky sealings.
Oil volume: 4.4 litres
Oil can be filled through the screw hole at the arrow in
the sketch.
The gear motor must be cleaned as needed to prevent
overheating.

Remedy
Filters are cleaned or replaced, see section "Service
and maintenance".
Increase blower speed.
Reduce amount of material

Compression flap tightened.
Replace sealing
Compression flap loosened
Stop the material feed to the trim handler and press
the button for the cleaning function. This closes the
valve flap, so that suction is constantly maintained
down to the compactor pipe. As long as the button is
pressed, the flap is kept closed
