Read the user manual carefully and
pay attention to the warning texts in
the user manual and on the trim han-
dler.
Always disconnect the power to the
trim handler before repair and main-
tenance and ensure that it cannot be
started by mistake.
Never put your hand into the outlet of
the trim handler while it is in opera-
tion.
Installation:
The trim handler is delivered ready for use from the fac-
tory, and only needs to be connected to the electricity
supply, pressurized air and piping on the blower inlet,
and have bags fitted.
If the trim handler has to be moved, a forklift truck, pal-
let jack or similar device shall be used to lift under the
bottom frame of the trim handler, at the end where the
filters filters are mounted (opposite the material outlet).
The forks shall be approximately 1.100 mm or more.
It is important that the trim handler is set level, other-
wise the doors cannot close correctly. Adjustment can
be made on the 4 machine shoes under the trim
handler's bottom frame.

2. Open the doors at the material exit and remove the
cover over the control
3. Guide the supply cable through the top of the trim
handler, through the cable gland
4. Connect the cable to the terminal block

5. Tighten the cable gland on the top of the trim han-
dler. If desired, the cable can be further relieved
with a cable tie in the T-track above the terminal
block
6. Refit the cover over the control and close the doors
Fuse: 16A - 3x400V 50Hz
If an HPFI residual current relay is required on the
power supply to the CPU, it must be a 300mA type B
relay, since the control contains built-in frequency con-
verters.
