Use of saved programs:
To call up a program saved by the user, follow the proce-
dure below :
enter program mode by touching the
select the required program by touching the

SHOCK FREEZING PROGRAMS
The electronic control board "ChefTouch" is pro-
grammed with a series of automatic blast chilling / shock
freezing cycles pre-set at the Unox factory: by simply se-
lecting the required cycle, it is possible to automatically
blast chill or shock freeze the food put inside the appli-
ance.
To use one of the pre-set programs, proceed as indicated
below:

BLAST CHILLING AUTOMATIC PROGRAMS
Soft blast chilling program "+3S"
Blast chilling program with +3°C of core temperature and
+1°C of chamber temperature; when the blast chilling
program is over, the chamber program is kept at +1°C.

Hard blast chilling program "+3H"
Blast chilling program with +10°C of core temperature
and -20°C of chamber temperature; then the core tem-
perature is brought down to +3°C with a chamber tem-
perature at +1°C; when the blast chilling program is over,
the chamber program is kept at +1°C.
SHOCK FREEZING AUTOMATIC PRO-
GRAMS
Soft blast freezing program "-18S"

Shock freezing program with +20°C of core tempera-
ture and 0°C of chamber temperature; then the core
temperature is brought down to -18°C with a chamber
temperature at -40°C; when the blast chilling program is
over, the chamber program is kept at -20°C.
