⇒ Loosen the countersunk screw behind the nozzle by approx.
2 turns�

⇒ Pull the temperature sensor and heater cartridge out towards
the back in a straight line�
⇒ Loosen the two screws on the heat sink and pull the nozzle unit
out downwards�
Only loosen the screws, to not unscrew them!
⇒ Insert the largest Allen key into the bore hole in the heater car-
tridge and unscrew the heatbreak�
⇒ Then unscrew the nozzle, countering it again with the Allen key�

⇒ Screw in the new nozzle and heatbreak, countering it again with the Allen key�
⇒ Clean the heatbreak and lubricate it with a conductive paste
(see scope of delivery).

⇒ Slide the nozzle unit into the heatsink from underneath and
tighten the two screws again�
⇒ For the rest of the assembly, proceed in reverse order as pre-
viously described�
