Assembly / Disassembly

ATTENTION! Always make sure the machine is unplugged from
the electrical supply outlet & cooled down completely before
assembly/disassembly.
Assembly the machine as in the below procedure:
• Insert the big rubber gasket at the bottom of the bowl.
This has been already installed in the delivery in each bowl.
Two spare gaskets are included and need replaced if worn.
• Lower the bowl slowly and fitted on the top of cooling part.
Note: Add small amount of water on the gasket for lubri-
cation.
• Roll the O-ring down the tap shaft. Then, invert and insert
into the hole in the bowl.
• Then, push tap lever into the slot in front of the bowl and drop
into place.
It may need to bend a little bit backwards for easy fit in.
• Insert the mixing paddle rod into the mixing paddle.
• Hang the drip tray with the slots at the front of the dispenser.
• Securely fix the bowl lid to the bowl.
Note: Disassembly the machine in the reverse order.
Operating instructions
a) Preparation of the beverage:
WARNING! Ensure temperature of the beverage is not high.
• Dilute and mix the CONCENTRATE with WATER in a suitable
container, following the manufacturer's recipes.
b) Pour the beverage into the machine:
WARNING! Beverage should be poured into the bowl only when
the machine is OFF (0) and unplugged from the electrical power
supply. DO NOT pour hot beverage.
ATTENTION! Pour the beverage into the LEFT bowl that on
temperature control box side if LEFT bowl is being used only.
• Remove the bowl lid of the bowl.
• Pour the beverage into the bowl with care and ensure be-
tween L and MA level.
• After pouring/refilling the beverage into the bowl, close the
bowl lid on top of the bowl.
c) Start operating the machine:
• Press down the cover of the main switch box at RIGHT side of
the machine. Then, switch box cover will then release.
• Switch ON the machine by pressing down button (a) to the "I"
position. Red indicator lights ON. Cooling process will then
start.
• Press down either the stirring button [for LEFT bowl] or but-
ton [for RIGHT bowl] to the "I" position for rotating the paddle.
• Press down all buttons (Power switch, Stirring button [for
LEFT bowl], Stirring button [for RIGHT bowl]) to the position
"0" position to switch OFF the machine.

d) Beverage Temperature Adjustment:
To adjust the temperature of each individual bowl, lift up the
plastic cover on left side of the unit. Bowl 1 is on the left hand
side of the unit when looking from the front.
1. Turn on the main switch on the right hand of the unit. The
main power light will now indicate on the digital control.
2. To set the temperature of bowl no.1 press the "Bowl 1 / Up
button" twice. The "Bowl 1 indicator lamp" will now illumi-
nate and the current set temperature will flash. Adjust the
"Bowl 1 / Up button" or "Bowl 2 / Down button" to set tem-
perature range may be set between 0ºC and 10ºC.
The control temperature for bowl 1 is now set. Repeat the
process using the "Bowl 2 / Down button" and "Set Button" to
set the temperature of the remaining bowls.
3. When in operation the unit will automatically display the ac-
tual temperature of each bowl for 2 seconds as indicated by
the lamp beneath the bowl symbols.
4. The motor and stirrer for each bowl can be operated inde-
pendently using the relevant switch on the right hand side
of the unit.
5. To switch off the cooling to a selected bowl, press the rele-
vant bowl number on the control panel for 3 seconds. The
letters "OFF" will display for the bowl number selected. To
turn on the cooling press and hold for 3 seconds.
e) Dispensing the beverage:
• Once the beverage is sufficiently cooled, push the tap lever to
dispense the drink.
Note:
• Regularly check the temperature of the beverage in the bowl.
Keep the machine running when there is any liquid inside the
bowl.
• If the machine is not continuously operated, it is necessary to
dispose of the small amount from the tap area before serving
for the customer for the reason of hygiene.
Cleaning & maintenance
• ATTENTION! Always disconnect the appliance from the pow-
er supply and cool down before storage, cleaning & mainte-
nance.
• Do not use water jet or steam cleaner for cleaning and do not
push the appliance under the water as the parts will get wet
and electric shock might be resulted.
• If the appliance is not kept in a good state of cleanliness, this
can adversely affect the life of the appliance and result in a
dangerous situation.
• Food residues should be regularly cleaned and removed from
the appliance. If the appliance is not cleaned properly, it will
reduce its lifespan and may result in a dangerous condition
during use.
• DANGER OF INJURY! Care should be taken when handling
the sharp cutting blades during cleaning.
