5.3.5.1. Warnings to consider during the
connection.
An AC circuit breaker must be inserted between the loads and

the inverter, as none should be connected directly.
Before connecting the AC cable, make sure that both the AC

and DC sources are disconnected from the inverter.
The EQX2-HT series of hybrid three-phase inverters connects

to a 400 V AC, 50/60 Hz three-phase grid.

series are shown in the following table:

5.3.5.2. Steps for connecting the AC ON-GRID
connector.
Remove the housing (item number 4) from its packaging.

According to Tab. 16 above, select an appropriate cable

and pass it through the cable gland on the housing labelled
ON-GRID. A hole must be drilled in the rubber gasket to allow
the bundle to pass, as shown in the following sequence:

Remove the insulation sleeve from the AC bundle by about

50 mm, and remove the insulation from the end of cables L1,
L2, L3/PE/N by about 8 mm, as shown in Fig. 52.

Remove the ferrules included in the accessory bag from the

AC ON-GRID connector and crimp them to the stripped ends
of the L1, L2, L3/PE/N cables with an approved tool to ensure
optimal connection.
Remove the AC ON-GRID connector from the accessory bag.

Insert the ends of the five cables into the corresponding

holes on the connector: yellow-green cable into the PE port,
3 phases into the R, S, T ports and neutral into the N port.
Make sure the cables reach the back of the connector and
screw them in tightly. Pull slightly on the cable to check that it
is properly connected.
Connect the AC ON-GRID connector to the AC ON-GRID

terminal on the inverter, as shown in Fig. 53 below.
