4. Place the juice container under the drain (6).
5. Place the fruit pulp in the basket (4). Do not fill the basket completely. A
smaller amount of pulp will make juicing easier.
TIP: The fruit should be prepared for juicing. Apples and similar hard fruits
should be grinded (no puree!) and soft fruits such as grapes should be gently
crushed to break the skins. If done so, juicing will be more effective.
6. Place the cover (3) on the basket and secure it by putting a washer on the air
vent (1) and tightening the fastening nut (2).
CAUTION! The cover should be placed gently so as not to damage the air
vent!
7. Connect the device to the water supply. Open the water supply line and the
air vent.
8. The water flowing into the press causes the membrane to press the pulp
against the walls of the basket. The juice flows through the mesh walls of the
basket to the base and then out into the container.
9. During the pressing process, the manometer should be monitored. The
pressure is controlled by slightly opening and closing the inlet. Pour the
water slowly!
10. If the pressure exceeds 3 bars, the pressure relief valve will open
automatically and start draining water. In this case, close the water inlet. The
