10. Adjust the cable play:
1) Loosen the lock-nut.
2) Turn the adjuster so that

4) Install the boot.
11. Pass the Grip Heater (R) ②
lead wire through between
t h e s w i t c h b o x a n d t h e
front brake master cylinder
holder. Align the white tape
part of the Grip Heater (R) ②
lead wire in between the
bolts above and below the
front brake master cylinder
holder, and secure it with the
clamp ⑥ to the handlebar.
Lock position : rear
Direction of clamp tip : down
Make sure if there isn't the
t e n s i o n o f t h e l e a d w i r e ,
contact to other parts, catch
in the throttle operation and
so on, when operating the
throttle, lever and switches,
and the stationary steering.
NOTE:
Cut off the extra part of the clamp ⑥ .
GENUINE SUZUKI ACCESSORIES
the throttle grip has 2.0 –4.0
mm (0.079 – 0.157 in) play.
