The cooking time does not start until this moment.
The hob must now be set to a low level. This way, you avoid
unnecessary energy consumption and the risk of dry cooking.

The cooking time has ended.
Turn off the stove!
Option 1
Allow to cool:
Wait until the red safety valve has completely retracted. The
pressure will then gradually decrease by itself. Recommended
for foaming and mushy food.
Option 2
Reduce pressure manually: Slowly turn the pressure
regulating valve from pos. II
to pos. I
and then to pos.
to relieve pressure.
CAUTION: The escaping steam is very hot. The steam escapes
upwards, please do not hold your hands over the valve. Wait
until no more steam escapes and the safety valve is no longer
visible. This method is not suitable for foaming or mushy food.
Open pot
If no more steam escapes, you may open the pot and remove the lid.
CAUTION: Never open the lid by force.
