SAFETY INFORMATION
When used on a gas stove, the flame ring must not exceed the base diameter. Too large a gas flame can damage the
handles.
When used on a ceramic hob, the bottom of the pot should be clean and dry.
When using on induction heat sources:
Never heat pressure cooker up without liquid inside (min. 300 ml).
Depending on the stove, inductive heating can cause some noise (clicking or buzzing). The pot must be placed
centrally on the induction hob. The effective bottom diameter is 180 mm.
The pressure cooker must never be used under pressure for frying or deep-frying using oil.
Never use the pressure cooker and the lid in the oven!
Do not use the pressure cooker under a grill.
Touch the hot pot only by the handles. Move the pressure cooker very carefully when it is under pressure. Do not touch
the hot surfaces, use the handles and knobs instead. Additionally, use cooking gloves or potholders when handling
the pressure cooker.
Never open the pressure cooker by force. Before opening, make sure that the pressure has been completely relieved.
When relieving the pressure, keep hands, head and body out of the steam zone.
Do not put the pressure cooker lid (or individual parts thereof) in the dishwasher for cleaning.
Use only original spare parts. In case you need repairs, please contact customer service.
