Possible cause
Incorrect start-up procedure:
the appliance was started
with the pedal pressed.
Peristaltic pump malfunction
The appliance has been
switched off and on again
without waiting 5 seconds
Faults on the electrical
network, excessive
electrostatic discharges or
internal faults
A powder container has been
opened without performing
the "refill" cycle.
One of the powder
containers has been
removed from its seat
without performing the
"refill" cycle.
The selected powder
container is not correctly
inserted in place.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Solution
Check that the pedal is not
pressed down. If the problem
persists, disconnect the
pedal and potentially contact
an Authorised Mectron
Service Centre.
Check that there are no
impediments to the rotation
of the peristaltic pump.
Check that the peristaltic
pump and two tubes are
correctly installed (see
Chapter 9.1 on page 98)
Turn off and wait for 5
seconds before switching on
the appliance again.
Turn off and wait 5 seconds
before switching the
appliance on again
If the warning persists,
contact an Authorised
Mectron Service Centre.
Before opening one of the
powder containers, the
"refill" cycle must be run (See
Chapter 5.6.1 on page 38).
Before removing one of
the powder containers, the
"refill" cycle must be run (See
Chapter 5.6.1 on page 38).
Correctly insert the powder
containers until they are in
contact.
