Loosen
Check the wire guide housing
Increase the clamping pressure

Tighten the pliers and check them
Remove paint and rust
Clean or replace the current and gas
nozzle
Current nozzle without dirt, paint and
rust remains
Tighten the current nozzle firmly
Distance between the hose bundle
and the respective part must be 5-10
mm. Inclination must not be lower
than 60 with respect to the part.
Secure or replace the gas supply
(higher volume)
Let the welder cool down
