from the inside of the device system according to the following procedure before use.
Remove the nozzle from the gun.
Place the suction and drain hoses in a bucket with warm water with soap. The strainer at the end of the suction hose must be
below the surface of the liquid at all times.
Turn the pressure adjustment knob anticlockwise as far as it will go.
Turn on the unit, the water will start to be sucked in with a hose and get into the pump of the unit. Check the tightness of the suction
hose and the connection to the unit. Slowly turn the pressure adjustment knob while observing the pressure gauge indication.
When the maximum pressure specifi ed in the technical data table is indicated, stop turning the knob. Check the tightness of the
hose connecting the gun to the unit and its connections. If a leak is detected, immediately stop the unit operation by turning it off
with the power switch and start the pressure release procedure. Do not attempt to stop the leaks with your hands, body or gloves.
If the entire system shows no leaks, point the gun outlet into an empty vessel and press the trigger to perform the test spray. Wait
until the oil stops coming out of the gun and water with soap starts coming out of the gun. Release the pressure on the trigger.
Place the suction hose in a bucket of clean water and repeat spraying until the water with soap will be replaced with clean water.
Turn off the device with the power switch and press the trigger until the water stops coming out of the gun.
Start the pressure release procedure.
Pressure release procedure
The procedure allows the pressure of the coating agent inside the device to be released safely. Perform the procedure after each
completed operation with the device, before a break during operation, before starting any maintenance activities or replacement
of accessories. The procedure must be performed for each agent present in the pressure system of the device: coating material,
cleaning agent, maintenance agent or test spray material.
Turn off the device by moving the power switch to the "O – off " position.
Turn the pressure adjustment knob anticlockwise as far as it will go.
Point the nozzle outlet of the gun to an earthed paint container. Press and hold the gun trigger.
Set the unit operating mode switch vertically.
The procedure is completed when the coating material stops coming out of the gun nozzle and drain hose.
Lock the gun trigger to prevent unintentional pressing.
Caution! In case of suspecting that the nozzle or hose have been clogged and the procedure did not allow to release all the pres-
sure, loosen the nozzle nut or hose connector to the gun very slowly to gradually release the pressure through the thread of the
connection. Once the coating material stops coming out of the loosened connection, the procedure is complete.
Filling the device with the coating material
Prepare the container and fi ll it with a coating material.
Prepare an empty container for the coating material test spray.
Immerse the suction hose in the container with the coating material. The strainer at the end of the hose must at all times during
the operation be below the surface of the coating material.
Make sure that the outlet nozzle is correctly installed on the spray gun and that the nozzle knob is positioned so that the arrow with
the "SPRAY" inscription faces the same direction as the outlet of the coating material.
Turn the pressure adjustment knob anticlockwise as far as it will go.
Make sure that the gun trigger is not pressed.
Turn on the unit and slowly turn the pressure control knob clockwise.
Observe the pressure gauge so that it does not exceed the maximum pressure specifi ed in the technical data table.
Point the gun outlet into the test vessel and press the trigger, wait for the coating material to come out of the gun outlet, then adjust
the spraying intensity by means of the pressure adjustment knob.
After adjustment, the device is ready to work. Make sure that the trigger is locked before putting down the gun.
A properly fi lled product is ready for spraying the coating material. Start the work immediately after fi lling the product.

PRODUCT USE

Perform a correct product fi lling procedure each time before starting work.
In case of changing the coating material during operation, fi rst, completely clean the coating material supply system and only
then start the fi lling procedure with a new coating material. Mixing diff erent coating materials can lead to undesirable eff ects, e.g.
coagulation of coating materials inside the system. This can lead to irreversible clogging of the coating material supply system.
An extension piece can be installed between the nozzle and the gun to facilitate spraying of the coating material in places that
cannot be reached without an extension piece, e.g. on the ceiling.
Unscrew the nozzle nut (XIII) and install the extension piece between the gun and the nozzle.
A properly fi lled product, connected to the mains and turned on, starts spraying the coating material when the trigger of the spray
gun is pressed and held.
