Cabin installation advice
1) Place the machine on a flat surface.
2) Align the holes in the cab with the holes in the
chassis.
3) Insert the cab shaft into the holes and then install
the release pins (as shown in the picture).
4) Turn the cab upside down so that the container
hook is attached to the chassis pin shaft.

3. MAINTENANCE

• The motor must be stopped during maintenance and repair.
• In order to avoid burns and injury, allow the engine to cool completely before performing any
maintenance work that involves touching and adjusting parts.
Oil replacement and replenishment
Oil replenishment or replacement list:

Change engine oil
Drain the oil while the engine is still warm to ensure that it is drained quickly and completely.
1) Remove the oil plug and drain the oil.
2) Refill with the recommended oil and check the level.
For further details refer to the motor instruction manual.
Change gearbox oil
1) Park the vehicle on a stable and horizontal
ground.
2) Prepare the appropriate oil containers.
3) Lower the oil pin and release the oil.
4) Tighten the release bolt once oil discharge is
complete.
Refill gearbox oil
1) Unscrew the oil injection screw.
2) Put one end of the filler tube into the filler port, connect the funnel to the other end of the filler tube,
fill with the recommended oil and check the level.
3) Tighten the oil injection screws.
Supply or replacement cycles
At any time
Initial: 20 h
After the first time: every 100 h
Initial: 50 h
After the first time: every 500 h
