8. Installation examples

Hotel ― „Weekday" flush programme

The TECEprofil toilet module with integrated hygiene flush is assigned as the
last consumer in the potable water installation so the total pipe contents up
to the riser can be exchanged on an automatic flush. Since the toilet is often
installed close to the shaft and thus on the down pipe, a clever pipe layout is
required in order to avoid unnecessary pipe volumes.
In hotels in particular, use of a TECE hygiene flush is recommended since there
are always unoccupied rooms according to the season and so stagnation occurs
in sections of the potable water installation. To ensure guests in occupied rooms
are not disturbed by an automatic „hygiene flush", the „Weekdays" flush pro-
gramme can be used here. In this programme you can set the time to actuate
the flush when guests are normally out of the rooms (e.g. 11:30).
