■ Example for a setting of 1-3-2:
■ 1 is the number of full turns of the
control cap in the open direction.
■ The turns can be read on the gun
body dial. Each dial marking stands
for a single turn.
■ 3 is the number of digits (0 to 3) on
the graduated collar.
■ The large digit marking must be
aligned with the top edge of the gun
body dial [18-2].
■ 2 is the number of digits (0 to 3) on
the graduated collar for fine adjust-
ments.
■ The small digit marking must be
aligned with the top edge of the gun
body dial [18-3].
Adjustment of the Spray Fan Pattern
Information!
The paint spray gun includes a
spray pattern with test record
which can be used as a reference
for adjusting the spray jet. The
round fan control (R) is perma-
nently set to an optimum value
by a lock washer and cannot be
adjusted.
The dial [1-5] is used for flat fan
control adjustment. The graduat-
ed dial of the flat fan control can
be set to the desired position.
■ The flat fan can be adjusted by turn-
ing the flat fan control (B) [1-6].
