Operating instructions
depressurise the material pressure in the material hose.
■ Push the trigger lock [5-1] up into the end position.
Comply with the instructions for care and storage (see chapter 11).

10. Maintenance and repairs

Warning!
Risk of injuries from components coming loose or leaking
material.
If maintenance work is performed while the gun is still connected to the
compressed air circuit and material supply, components can unexpect-
edly work loose and material can leak.
→ Disconnect the spray gun from the compressed air circuit and the
material supply before any maintenance work.
→ Depressurise system and spray gun.
All parts of the spray gun that convey material, the material supply and
lines are under high pressure (up to 250 bar).
→ Hoses and connection systems must be rated accordingly.
Warning!
Risk of injury from sharp edges
There is a risk of injury from sharp edges during installation work.
→ Wear suitable protective gloves.
The following chapter describes the procedures for maintaining and ser-
vicing the spray gun. Maintenance and service work may only be carried
out by specialist personnel.
■ Always interrupt the compressed air supply and the material supply
before performing any maintenance and repair work.
Spare parts are available for carrying out repairs (see chapter 17).
10.1. Replace nozzle parts
Dismantle material nozzle
■ Unscrew the air cap ring and contact protection [7-1] by hand.
■ Remove the air cap [7-2] together with the material nozzle [7-3].
