Information!
When painting use only the quan-
tity of material required for the
work step.
When painting observe neces-
sary spray distance (see Chap.
4). After painting store and dis-
pose of material properly.
■ Adjust required spray distance (see
Chap. 4).
■ Provide for spray air supply and
material supply.
■ Trigger control pulse for painting
operation with control air.
Shut off automatic gun
■ Shut off control air.
■ After completion of the painting
operation or if a longer pause in the
painting operation is planned, shut
off spray air and material supply and
observe instructions on care and
storage (see Chap. 11).

tenance and repair for the automat-
ic gun.

If the compressed air circuit and
material supply are not discon-
nected before performing main-
tenance work, components can
detach and/or material escape
unexpectedly.
→ Before performing mainte-
nance work, empty automatic
guns, switch off and disconnect
from compressed air circuit and
material supply.
