Safety Instructions
Always read and heed all instruc-
tions given above. Failure to com-
ply or incorrect compliance can
result in malfunctions or cause
severe injuries.
2.1. Requirements regarding
personnel
The automatic gun may only be
used by skilled workers and in-
structed persons who have thor-
oughly read and understood these
operating instructions.
2.2. Personal protection
gear (PSA)
Vapours can be emitted during the
usage, maintenance and care of
the automatic gun. It is possible for
the sound pressure level to exceed
85 dB(A) during use.
■ Always use approved personal pro-
tective equipment during the usage,

maintenance and cleaning of the au-
tomatic gun. The personal protective
equipment consists of breathing and
eye protection equipment, protec-
tive overall, protective gloves and
safety boots. Wear suitable hearing
protection.
2.3. Use In Explosive Areas
Incorrect use of the automatic
gun can jeopardise the explosion
protection.
→ Do not bring the automatic gun
into potentially explosive atmos-
pheres of ex-zone 0.
→ Do not use any solvents and
cleaning agents based on homog-
enised hydrocarbons.
The automatic gun is approved for
use and storage in explosive at-
mospheres of ex-zone 1 and 2.
Atmosphere code: Ex II 2 G T4.
2.4. Safety Instructions
■ Check the functions and check the
automatic gun for any leaks every
time before it is used.
■ Never point the automatic gun at
human beings.
■ Never use the automatic gun when
damaged or when components are
missing.
■ When damaged, stop using the auto-
matic gun immediately and discon-
nect it from the compressed air circuit
and material supply.
■ Adhere to safety regulations.
■ Adhere to BGR 500 accident preven-
