3. Troubleshooting

In case of any abnormalities, no heating or vapour release when drawing water, turn off the power supply and
notify your installer.
Repair work should only be performed by a professional.
4. Troubleshooting
4.1. Indicator lights lit or flashing
Indicator
light status
Error 7 L0: The control detects that the product is
being dry heated. No water or water is not very
conductive.
Error 19 L3: The control detects that the product is
connected as peak/off peak
Error 3 & 18 L0: The control detects a temperature
in the middle of the tank or at the bottom of the
boiler above 125 °C or below -40 °C
Error 21 & 22 & 27 L1: The control detects an air,
discharge or evaporation temperature above 125
°C or below -40 °C
Heat pump error: The control detects a heat
pump malfunction
Error 10 – heating with electric heating element:
The control detects a loss of communication
between the HMI and the PCB/acquisition board
4.2. No indicator light lit

Check the water heater power
supply (230 volts) using a
measuring device (multimeter)
Check whether the power supply
is continuous (24/7)

Maintenance
Check that the product is full. The
conductivity of the water must be above
42 μSiemens.
Redo the electrical wiring to ensure
permanent supply. Check your power
supply contract.
Replace the water sensor wiring harness.
Replace the air sensor wiring harness.

Replace the HMI and/or the power board.

power supply is faulty, contact an

If the appliance is connected to
the off-peak hours switch, the
