Note:
do not use the fuel injector when the
motor is hot (TR 200G).
Note:
according to the Brazilian standard
NBR 5410, it is compulsory to install a device
to protect against residual differential current
(DR device) in the electrical installation.
The function of the "DR" is to protect the user
against serious electrical shock risk (consult
an electrician).
Additional Safety and Operation Instructions
Make sure the voltage of the power source is
 
the same of that of the equipment.
Carefully read instructions and get familiar
 
with the controls and proper used of the
equipment.
Remember that the operator or user is
 
responsible for any accident or damage
involving people or their properties.
Do not operate the equipment barefooted or
 
with sandals.
Always wear adequate shoes and pants,
 
goggles, gloves and ear plugs.
Avoid operating the equipment in humid
 
places.
Use the equipment in a well ligth
 
environment.
Before feeding any kind of foliage, start the
 
motor and wait for it to reach maximum
revolution.
Do not introduce anything in the equipment
 
with the motor off.
Do not use the equipment during periods of
 
power supply failure.
Whenever cleaning or servicing, make sure
 
the motor is off and the blade is still.
Then unplug the equipment.
If the equipment starts to vibrate, turn it
 
off and immediately unplug it. Check the
cause of the vibration as it indicates that the
equipment needs adjustment and repair.
5 - Service
Call qualified professionals to service
 
the equipment. Use original parts
only. Always call TRAPP Authorized
Service Technicians. TRAPP is not
responsible for occasional accidents
caused by the use of spare parts that are
not original.
Check the status of the power supply cord.
 
Never fix it with insulating tape.
Never use a water jet to clean the equipment;
 
use a cloth soaked in neutral detergent.
Water inside the equipment can damage
the electric circuit of the motor, besides
increasing the risk of an electric shock.
Do not allow people that are not
 
familiarized with the equipment to use
it. The equipment may become dangerous
in the hands of people not familiar with its
operation.
Use the equipment according to the
 
instructions in this manual. Take in
consideration the working conditions
and the service to be done.
Clean shredder periodically to avoid
 
buildup of residue.
Using the equipment for activities not
 
covered in this manual may result in
dangerous situations.
The shredder TR 200G is equipped with
 
a four-cycle explosion motor - It does not
use oil mixed with the gasoline.
The engine leaves the factory without oil
 
and gasoline (TR 200G).
Spare parts - Always call TRAPP technicians
 
for spare parts and maintenance services.
