Set up system 1
Print images
1 Lock the wheels.
2 Move the printer forward to allow access to the connectors, if necessary.
3 Ensure that the mini-dock is connected to the system.
4 Connect the cables. See
Symbols" on page 15.
• Print control cable (H). Insert the ferrite end of the cable into the mini-dock.
• Printer AC power cord (J)
• Composite video cable (C)
5 Connect system power cord (K) to a hospital-grade electrical outlet.
6 Insert the cables in either side of the column, folding excess cable behind the
device, and using the grommets to secure cables, if necessary.
7 Tighten the strap.
Press the Setup key on the ultrasound system.
2 Select Connectivity.
3 In the Printer list, select the desired printer.
Only the printers listed are recommended for use with the system.
Note: Do a test printing before a patient exam to ensure that all connectivity is
correct.
1 Ensure that the cables are correctly installed.
2 Turn on the printer.
3 (Color Printer Only) Change input setting from S-video to video.
4 Press the Print key or use the controls directly on the printer.
