Risk of injury from bursting material high-pressure hose
If an unsuitable material high-pressure air hose is use, it can be dam-
aged by too much pressure and explode.
→ Only use solvent-resistant, antistatic and technically flawless hose for
coating materials with permanent pressure resistance of min. 250 bar,
bleeder resistance of < 1 MOhm and min. inner diameter of 3 – 6 mm as
per DIN EN ISO 8028.
Risk of injury from bursting compressed air hose
If an unsuitable compressed air hose is use, it can be damaged by too
much pressure and explode.
→ Only use solvent-resistant, antistatic and technically flawless hose
for compressed air with permanent pressure resistance of min. 20 bar,
bleeder resistance of < 1 MOhm and min. inner diameter of 6 mm.
Risk of injuries from injection
There is a risk of injuries on reaching into the spray fan pattern.
→ Never bring fingers, hands or other parts of the body in contact with
the spray fan pattern!
→ Never use spray gun without spray fan pattern contact protection!
→ Only unlock the trigger lock for the spraying process.
