Virtual POS User Guide (Cash Only)
Transactions
Cash – Allows the user to perform a Cash Sale, Cash Refund and a Cash Void.
Credit – Not available. *
Debit – Not available. *
EBT – Not available. *
ACH – Not available. *
Settlement
Current Batch – Allows the user to view the current batch balance.
Close Batch – Allows the user to close (or settle) the current batch.
Tools
Reports – Allows the user to view Transactions Report, Transactions Details, Taxes
Report and Audit Trail Report.
Reprint – Allows the user to find a transaction and reprint the receipt or to reprint the
last transaction receipt.
Configuration
Terminal Configuration – Configure connection settings and terminal settings
User Management – Add, edit or delete operators (users).
Receipt Printer Configuration – Configure receipt printer, select paper size and margins.
Also edit the receipt footer text.
PIN Pad Configuration – Not available. *
Card Reader Configuration – Not available. *
Help
User Guide – Allows the user to view the last version of the Virtual POS User Guide.
About – Display information related to the Virtual POS (i.e. application version).
