5. With the cover facing down, tap the card dispenser lightly to seat the cards.
6. Using your fingers, lightly press the cards through the windows on the bottom of
the Card Dispenser. If the cards can be moved backwards with the fingers, the
cards are set properly. Refit the Card Dispenser to the Card Reader/Writer and
close the Dispenser door.

If cards are added after the Card Dispenser becomes empty and the screen
displays a message that a new card cannot be issued, be sure to conduct
the card dispenser test to make sure that the cards are dispensed properly.
The message on the screen will not be cleared until the card dispenser test
is conducted.
