T-Connector Wiring Kit
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read instructions thoroughly before beginning.
Blazer, Jimmy and Bravada Models
2. Locate vehicle trailer wiring
harness on the left (drivers) side
for 4-Dr models (Fig. 1A). On
2-Dr models the wiring harness
will be located on the right
(passengers) side (Fig. 1B).
Astro and Safari
2. Locate the vehicle's taillight wiring harness inside the
jack compartment on the passenger side of the cargo area.
3. Expose about 3 inches of the vehicle wiring by
removing the tape and convoluted tubing. There could be
5 or 7 wires inside the harness, depending on the model.
Remove the tape from the Dark Green, Yellow, and Brown
wires and cut them to uniform length.
4. Use the blue splices provided to join the Valley vehicle
connector wires to the vehicles corresponding wires as
follows: Insert the Valley Green wire and the vehicles Dark
Green wire into a splice, press the met tab down with a pair
of pliers and close. Repeat the above joining the Yellow to
