T-Connector Wiring Kit
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read instructions thoroughly before beginning.
2. Lower the tailgate and remove
both the left (drivers) and right
(passenger) tail light housing
assemblies (Fig. 1). Locate the
gray tail light harness connectors
in the opening at the bottom of
each tail light pocket (Fig. 2).
These connectors will be similar in appearance to
those on the
T-Connector harness.
3. Beginning with the left (driver's)
side, route the T-Connector harness
ends with the yellow and brown wires
out from under the vehicle, through
the body opening to the left tail light
housing opening.
4. Disconnect the vehicle harness connector
from the left (driver's) side taillight, taking care not to damage
the locking tabs. Check the connector for dirt and debris and
clean if necessary.
5. Position the T-connector ends between the seperated
vehicle connectors. Firmly press the connector ends together
until the locking tabs engage. Take care not to damage the
locking tabs.
