T-Connector Wiring Kit
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read instructions thoroughly before beginning.
Highlander:
2. Open the rear hatch of the
vehicle and remove the two tail
light access panels located in the
lower rear inside each corner of
the vehicle (Fig. 1A). Remove the
tailgate threshold (Fig. 1B) and
all trunk floor panels and trays.
Azera:
2. Open the vehicle trunk, remove the threshold panel and
partly remove the trunk liner on the left (driver's) side to
expose the vehicle wiring.
All Models:
3. Locate the tail light wiring harness harness on each side
of the vehicle. the harness will have connectors similar to
those on the T-Connector. Separate the vehicle connectors
taking care not to damage the locking tabs. Ensure the
connectors are clean and dirt-free.
4. Beginning with the left (driver's) side, insert the T-
connector harness with the Yellow wires between the
separated vehicle connectors and press firmly together,
ensuring the locking tabs engage.
