6. Route the T-Connector ends with the green & red
wires along the vehicle frame under the body to the right
(passenger) side of the vehicle and up through the right tail
light opening.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the right (passenger) side tail
light housing using the T-Connector ends with the green &
red wires.
8. Locate a clean accessible mounting location on the
vehicle near the wiring harness ends within reach of the
white wire and grounding eyelet. Remove any debris or
undercoating to expose a clean metal surface and drill a
7/64" hole.
Caution: Take care not to drill through the body or
any exposed surface.
9. Mount the White wire using the ground screw and eyelet
provided.
10. Confirm correct operation with a test light or by using a
trailer.
11. Secure the T-Connector black box and any loose wires
with cable ties (provided).
12. Return the tail light housings to their original positions
and secure with the fasteners removed in step 2, taking care
not to pinch or damage any wires.
