NOTE
 
Make sure that the power supply to the multi-point lock exists.
 
Make sure that the multi-point lock is electrically decoupled (operating
voltage off).
Check whether all latchbolts are completely pulled back when the inside
lever handle is actuated (panic function).

Placing in operation

Functional check of the multi-point locks

Always carry out a function check before using the
door for the fi rst time!
If the multi-point lock is not installed properly, the
door might no longer open.
Squeezing of body parts!
Do not reach between door and frame!
Latchbolt in
initial position
SECURY 2170 EVP has an additional latch without
function. It is used for escape route security
through the escape door strike and is not retracted
when the lever and/or locking cylinder is actuated.
