Normal operation of the access point is not possible.
Note: All data stored (including the firmware) has been erased.

no longer accessible or the Bluetooth protocol stack reports unex-
pected errors.

tion error (exception).
E8
Wrong firmware version:
The operating software (firmware) of the access point is the wrong
version (e.g. V1.9.x on an EXAConnecT II).
P<N> The screwdriver having the internal index N has responded via the

Log-specific errors
Log-specific errors refer to the respective database log,
whereby the error codes can be individually adapted to this
log.
These error codes can have different meanings depending on
the log.
Maintenance and Service
Maintenance and Cleaning
Disconnect the access point both from the power sup-
ply and from the PC when you perform cleaning work.
In this way, you prevent the danger of electric shock.
Check that the seal ring 36 is correctly seated when
you remove the service and maintenance cover plates.
Replace any damaged seal rings. Only when the seal ring
is sitting correctly in the recess will it ensure dust and
moisture resistance when the housing is closed.
Clean the connection sockets and the housing of the access
point with a dry, lint-free cloth after it has been disconnected
from the power supply, and remove dust and dirt particles.
Have maintenance and repair work performed only by
qualified specialists. This will ensure that the safety of
the access point and I/O module is maintained.
An authorized Bosch after-sales service agent will carry out
this work quickly and reliably.
