ADJUSTMENT / ASSEMBLY
WARNING:
Always unplug saw
from power supply before any of the
following operations.
ADJUSTING THE DEPTH OF CUT (FIG. 6, 7)
The depth of cut should be set according
to the thickness of the workpiece.
• Loosen clamp (3).
• Set desired cutting depth using scale (2).
• Tighten clamp (3)
• For an optimal quality cut, the saw blade
should not extend more than 3 mm
below the workpiece
• Be aware that the actual depth of cut of
the diamond disc differs approximately.
2 mm from the depth of cut indicated on
scale (2).
NOTE: Always make trial cuts first to verify
actual line of cut.
ATTACHING AND REMOVING THE
BLADE (FIG. 7, 8, 9 & 10)

To reduce the risk of

and instructions prior to using tool.
• Set cutting depth to the maximum (fig. 7).
• Push and hold the spindle-lock button (14)
while you remove blade bolt (9) by turning
hex key (15) CLOCKWISE ( in same
direction as arrow printed on saw blade).
• Release spindle-lock button (14).
• Remove clamping flange (8).
• Depress trigger lock and shoe release
button (10) with your thumb.
• Lift up shoe (7) and remove saw blade.
• Select the proper blade for the application
(FIG. 17). Always use blades that are
the correct size (3.5" diameter) with the
proper size and shape center hole for
mounting on the saw spindle. Always
assure that the maximum recommended
speed (rpm) on the saw blade meets or
exceeds the speed (rpm) of the saw.
• Install new blade making sure that
rotation of blade is in same direction as
arrow printed on the guard.
• Mount clamping flange (8) and install
blade bolt (9).
• Firmly tighten blade bolt (9) by turning hex
key (15) COUNTER-CLOCKWISE while
pushing the spindle-lock button (14).
• Release spindle-lock button (14).
