1 Push bellows (8) laterally away.
2 Unscrew fastening screw (10) from the welding torch coupling until screw
head and washer (7) make contact.
3 Introduce cable assembly (3) from behind through the 4th axis of the
robot (5).
4 Push corrugated hose to the rear and hold the cable assembly about 200
mm behind the iCAT adapter.
5 Insert cable assembly (3) through the 4th, 5th and 6th axes of the robot into
the welding torch coupling as far as it will go.

NOTICE
• Position the cable assembly connection (4) by means of the positioning
pin and the groove of the welding torch coupling (11).

6 Tighten fastening screw (10) to a max. tightening torque M = 7.5 Nm.
