Exchange system.
Exchange devices can be obtained from the central customer service centre in
Hildesheim.
An invoice is initially made out with the price of the new device.
After the old device is returned, the difference (= new device price - exchange
device price) is credited.
Invoicing via BWS: Exchange device price plus 3AW labour costs.
Ordering a series device results in the delivery of an equivalent exchange
device with identical technical characteristics in accordance with the table
(different type number is possible).
Use of exchange devices.
Not required. No other replacement parts are offered.
