12 or 24 months after the initial registration or sales receipt in accordance with the
list.
Exchange system.
Applies from 01.10.2005 to all current devices used in the Fiat Group appearing in
the above list as well as to future devices. Individual repairs are no longer
permitted.
Exchange devices can be obtained from Blaupunkt service centres via the central
customer service centre (ATZ) in Hildesheim.
Faulty devices must be returned to ATZ together with details regarding the
customer's complaint and the necessary guarantee data.

An invoice is initially made out with the price of the new device.

After the old device is returned, the difference (= new device price - exchange
device price) is credited.
Invoicing via BWS:
-
Exchange device price plus 3 AW (= 18 minutes of labour time) for handling
plus transport.
Devices that do not appear in the list can be sent in for repair.
Please always order exchange devices using the exchange device number.
Use of exchange devices.
Not required. No other replacement parts are offered.

Les appareils de remplacement peuvent être obtenus des points de SAV Blaupunkt
via le SAV central (ATZ) à Hildesheim.
Les appareils défectueux doivent être renvoyés à ATZ, accompagnés de la
réclamation du client et des données de garantie requises.
