The appliance is not connected
with a mains power socket.
The appliance is damaged.

placed correctly on the
motor block 5.
The lid 2 is not correctly
in place and closed.

been fi lled to more than the
MAX markings.
There are too many ingredients
in the blender jug 3.
Some ingredients need to be
cooked for longer.
There is not enough liquid in
the blender jug 3.
The wrong function has been
selected.
The blender jug 3 was not
cleaned properly before
reheating. Food residue is
still stuck to the bottom fo
the blender jug 3.
The appliance has overheated.
One of the safety contacts is
wet.
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Connect the appliance to
a mains power socket.
In this case, contact
Customer Services.
Check the placement of the
blender jug 3 and correct
it if necessary.
Close the lid 2 correctly.
Never add more liquid than
indicated by the respective
markings.
Reduce the quantity of
ingredients and repeat the
cooking process.
Repeat the cooking
process.
Add some liquid.
Try another function.
Clean the blender jug 3
before every heating.
Disconnect the plug and
allow the appliance to
cool down.
Allow the appliance to
dry off .
