Thermal cutoff
The product is equipped with a thermal cutoff sensor .
If the temperature gets too high and there is a risk of
damage the product switches off automatically . Once
that happens, take the following measures:
Disconnect the power plug 11 from the
socket-outlet immediately .
Have the product checked by qualified personnel .
Recipe for colourful candy sugar
Ingredients:
100 g
White granulated sugar
6–8 drops
Gel food colouring

Problem
Water entered the

No sugar strands

Cleaning and care
Before cleaning, disconnect the product from the
socket-outlet .

Cause/Solution
Disconnect the power plug 11 from the socket-outlet .
Flip the base 1 over and leave it to drain .
Have the product checked by a qualified personnel .
Disconnect the power plug 11 from the socket-outlet .
Allow the product to cool down .
Remove the sugar container 2 from the drive shaft 8 .
Flip the base 1 over . Gently shake the product letting the sugar trickle out .
Check if the sugar container 2 is placed correctly (see "Assembly") .
The sugar container 2 might be jammed . Clean the container thoroughly .
The product was in operation for too long activating the thermal cutoff
(see "Thermal cutoff") .
Disconnect the power plug 11 from the socket-outlet . Have the product checked by
qualified personnel .
Preparation:
Put the white granulated sugar in a small food and
freezer bag .
Add 6 to 8 drops of gel food colouring .
Squeeze the air out from the bag as much as
possible . Close the bag properly .
From outside of the bag, rub the gel food
colouring into the sugar until the sugar is evenly
coloured .
NOTE: Add gel food colouring until the desired
colour has been achieved .
The coloured candy sugar is now ready to be
used for making candyfloss (see "Operation") .
