6.3 - Semi-automatic setting of the Up (0) and Down (1) Limit Positions
(procedure suitable for blinds with mechanical stops or with casing on closure)
This type of programming is recommended for blinds which in the closing phase go against mechanical stops or their casing. To stop the fabric from being
tensioned when the blind is closed the motor power (torque) can be adjusted by activating or deactivating the RDC (drive torque reduction) function (see
paragraph 7.2. This function is set by default at the factory).
This procedure envisages the manual setting of the UP limit position ("0" = maximum Up position of the fabric) and then of the DOWN limit position ("1" =
maximum Down position of the fabric).
Warnings:
– During the procedure, at the start of the movement the blind performs two short interruptions in the movement to signal that the two limit positions are not
programmed; otherwise it carries out one short movement interruption to signal that just one limit position is programmed.
– To cancel the procedure during execution, press buttons n and t on the transmitter at the same time and hold them until the blind carries out 6 move-
ments, then release the buttons.
6.3.1 - Automatic setting of the UP ("0") limit position

Before starting the procedure, set the blind to mid-travel.
01. (on the transmitter) Press and hold button s (or t) until the blind is 35
cm from the UP limit position ("0"), then release the button.
02. (on the transmitter) Press and hold for a few seconds button s (or t);
release the button after the blind has stopped automatically, due to the
presence of the casing (up limit position "0").
6.3.2 - Manual setting of the DOWN ("1") limit position

Before starting the procedure, set the blind to mid-travel.
01. (on the transmitter) Press and hold button t (or s) until the blind almost
reaches the required position of the DOWN limit position ("1"), then
release the button.
02. (on the transmitter) Press and hold button n for a few seconds and
release it after the blind has completed 2 movements.
03. (on the transmitter) Press and hold button n for a few seconds and

Note - After this programming procedure button s will control the Up movement and button t the Down movement. During the Up movement the blind will
be stopped by the impact with the mechanical stops or the casing (position "0").
