Where there is risk of sub-zero temperatures and thus ice formation empty the hot water circuit and leave the
heating circuit filled with the anti-freeze liquid.
NOTE: with a new boiler or after a long period of
inactivity, one can check for the locking of the
circulating pump. In this case it is necessary to
unscrew the front stopper and make the rotor
shaft rotate with a screwdriver.

SEASONAL CHECKS
Before the beginning of the winter season the system, equipment and chimney should be given a general
check. Check the following:
G Hydraulic system pressure;
G Hydraulic system efficiency;
G regulation and safety thermostat operation;
G circulation pump operation;
G combustion performance (CO-CO
G fume exhaust;
G condition of burner, clean where necessary;
G effective gas circuit seal and proper operation of gas valve.
