Description of the pump test

Once the test has been started and automatic mode
has been activated, the waiting and measuring
times begin as soon as the specified setpoints are
reached. After the times have elapsed, the software
automatically switches to the next test step and saves
the test results in the test protocol.
When the last test step is reached and the measuring
times have elapsed, the test bench comes to a stop
and the test is complete. Press <F12> to call up the
test protocol.

Information in the case of any faults

Fault
For the CP4 test the test oil
supply pressure is not in the
target range.
For the CP4 test the test oil
return pressure is not in the
target range.
When filling the CP4 in test
step "fill up" the total volume
(SummeQ) is too small, and
the measuring time does not
start.

Measure
Check whether the control
valve for test oil supply is set
on the right stop.
Check whether the test-oil
pressure control valve is set on
the right stop.
Check that at least four of the
channels 1, 2, 5, 6, 9 or 10 are
connected to and used with
the KMA.
