installing the indoor unit

Before starting the installation, decide the final position for the in-
door and outdoor units, taking into account the minimum spaces re-
quired around them.
• Install the indoor unit in the room to be conditioned. Do not in-
stall it in corridors or public areas.
• Install the indoor unit at a height of at least 2,5 m from the
ground.
installing the mounting plate
1. Use a level to mark the position of the mounting plate. The plate
should be installed perfectly horizontal.
2. Drill 32 mm deep holes in the wall to fix the plate.
3. Insert the plastic anchors into the holes.
4. Fix the mounting plate, using the provided screws.
5. Make sure that the mounting plate is correctly and firmly fixed.
Note: The shape of the mounting plate may be different from the
shown, but the installation method is the same.
drilling a hole in the wall for the pipes
1. According to the position of the mounting plate, decide from
which side you will connect the pipes.
2. Install a plastic sleeve (a section of plastic pipe) through the hole
in the wall. This will keep the wall clean and will provide a good
appearance.
Note: The hole must slope downwards
towards the exterior. This will prevent
water from entering into the room.
