Remove the Solenoid

Close the control stop valve.
Using the supplied hex wrench, remove the screw from the cap.
Remove the cap by lifting from the valve body.
Pull the connectors apart to disconnect the plug from the
solenoid.
Temporarily store the cap and DC sensor assembly in a safe
place.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove both solenoid screws.
Grasp the solenoid, then pull it off the valve body. Ensure that the
O-rings have been removed with the solenoid.
