ternal coolant cylinder is displayed .
Important! Only fill the internal coolant cylinder to a maximum of
70% (ACS 400 max . approx . 6 .5 kg; ACS 450 max . approx . 11 .5 kg) .
Set the value 3 .500 .

Value 3 .500 kg + current filling weight in internal coolant cylinder
corresponds to approx . 70% of maximum permissible filling weight
of internal coolant cylinder .
Display appears for approx . 3 sec . and filling is started .
Display value increases, until the set filling weight is reached .
Set filling weight reached .
Close shut off valve on external coolant cylinder .

Remaining coolant (approx . 0 .500 kg) is extracted by suction . A
slight increase in the filling weight of the internal coolant cylinder is
possible .
Collected coolant oil is transferred to the waste oil reservoir .
Waiting time 3 min .
Vacuum < 1 bar is created in ACS 400/450 . Waiting time 1 min .
Stoppage approx . 3 sec .
Display of current filling weight of internal coolant cylinder . Phase
complete .
Remove HP hose line from external coolant cylinder .

