Glossary


Recovery/Recycling phase
The coolant is removed from the vehicle
A/C system, cleaned and transferred
to the internal coolant cylinder on the
ACS 400/450 .
The recovered coolant oil is deposi-
ted in the waste oil reservoir on the
ACS 400/450 .

Vacuum phase
A vacuum is created in the vehicle A/C
system . Once the vacuum has been pro-
duced, the
drop measurement (leak test) is started .

Oil injection phase
Coolant oil is injected into the cooling
circuit of the vehicle A/C system .

Filling phase
A specified quantity of coolant is added
to the vehicle A/C system .
